Dr. DuBois graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Human Biology. She completed her medical school at the Keck School of Medicine at University of Southern California with Dean’s Recognition, and post-graduate training back at Stanford in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Sciences. She attained specialized training in consultative psychiatry while at Stanford, and continues to extend her expertise in this arena via telemedicine. After witnessing the triumphs and challenges of telemedicine, she founded Avail Telemedicine in 2016 with the goal of enhancing the delivery and quality of telepsychiatry services. She has partnered with esteemed colleagues in her field to remove barriers of access to excellent mental health care.

Dr. Deana Abdel-Reheim is a board-certified psychiatrist licensed to practice in Texas. She earned her medical degree from Ain Shams University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and completed her psychiatry residency at Texas A&M College of Medicine-Scott and White Medical Center in Temple, Texas, in 2013. With over 19 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Abdel-Reheim has worked in diverse clinical settings, focusing on providing compassionate and individualized care. She is affiliated with Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in Temple, Texas.

Dr. French is a board-certified adult psychiatrist licensed to practice in Arizona and Texas. She earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Arizona and completed her psychiatry residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas. During her time there, she practiced adult psychiatry in a community mental health setting and served as an Associate Professor and Associate Program Director, contributing to medical student and residency education. Dr. French specializes in treating adults with mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders, with a particular focus on the intersection of trauma and psychiatric health.

Dr. Kyle Hodges is a psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his psychiatry residency at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. Dr. Hodges has contributed to severak scholarly publications, including articles in Psychiatric Times on topics such as chemotherapy-induced psychosis in adolescents. He is devoted to providing comprehensive mental health care and advancing the field through clinical practice and research.

Dr. Nicholas Kreyling earned his DO from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020, following a Master’s in Medical Sciences from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He currently practices at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, where he specializes in conducting psychiatric assessments in crisis care settings. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kreyling is recognized for his teaching excellence at UT Tyler. He has also published research in Alcoholism, Clinical and Experimental Research and holds certification as a Culinary Medicine Specialist. Dr. Kreyling is an active member of both the Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians and the American Psychiatric Association.

April Parker is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She earned her degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. April strives to make every encounter as comfortable as possible, understanding that sharing one’s most private thoughts with a stranger can be intimidating. She believes that forming trusting, nonjudgmental connections with her patients creates an inviting space for their work together, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for their mental health journey.

Dr. Stiebel received his Doctor of Medicine from the Chicago Medical School.  He completed a combined Internal Medicine/Psychiatry residency at Chicago Medical School and the University of Minnesota with a Fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine.  On faculty of the University of Pittsburgh Medical School, he splits his time between Emergency Medicine and Emergency Psychiatry.  An early devotee of tele-Psychiatry, he spends a significant part of his time “on-line”.  He retired from the US Navy with 37 years of service.  Victor Stiebel is board certified in Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, Psychosomatic Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Tlanda graduated Medical School at the University of Texas at Galveston before moving to Baton Rouge for his General Psychiatry residency at OLOL-LSU. He then moved back to Texas for a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UT Dell Austin. His professional interests include psychosis, mania, and organic psychopathology.

Dr. Byron Turner is a graduate of both the University of North Texas and St. George’s University School of Medicine. Dr. Turner is now a resident at the University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center, where he recently was nominated to be the class representative of his co-residents. Notably, Dr. Turner won the esteemed Excellence in Psychiatric Knowledge Award in 2024.

Dr. Wong graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Staying in motor city, he then went on to complete general psychiatry residency at Henry Ford Hospital. He is currently finishing his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UT Austin Dell Medical School. His professional interests include crisis intervention and technology integrated into health care.
